Calculating Your Bonus

Bonuses at Mystake Bet often come with a deposit match and free spins. To understand your real playable balance, follow this calculation. Assume a standard welcome offer: 100% match up to €500 plus 50 free spins on a selected slot. You deposit €200.

• Step 1: Bonus amount = 100% × €200 = €200.
• Step 2: Total balance = deposit + bonus = €200 + €200 = €400.
• Step 3: Wagering requirement = bonus × wagering multiplier. Common multiplier = 35x. So wagering = €200 × 35 = €7,000.
• Step 4: Game contribution. Slots typically count 100%, table games 10%–20%, and live casino 0%–5%. If you play only slots, you need to wager €7,000 before withdrawal.
• Step 5: Free spins value: 50 spins × €0.10 per spin = €5. Winnings from spins are usually added to the bonus balance and subject to the same wagering (€5 × 35 = €175 wagering).
• Step 6: Max bet while bonus is active: often capped at €5 per spin or bet. Exceeding this voids the bonus.

Formula: Wagering Required = (Deposit × Match%) × Wagering Multiplier + Free Spin Winnings × Wagering Multiplier. In our example: (€200 × 1.0) × 35 + €5 × 35 = €7,000 + €175 = €7,175 total wagering.

Note: Always check the specific wagering multiplier in the bonus terms — it can range from 25x to 45x depending on the promotion.

Licence & Player Protection

Mystake casino operates under a licence issued by the Government of Curacao (sub-license). This means the platform is regulated for fairness and security, but unlike MGA or UKGC licences, winnings may be subject to local income tax depending on your country of residence. As a user tip: consult a local tax advisor if you are unsure. Standard protective measures include SSL encryption for data transfer, a 24/7 customer support team via live chat and email, and responsible gambling tools such as deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion options. KYC (Know Your Customer) checks are mandatory — you will be asked to upload a photo of your passport or driver’s licence and a recent utility bill before your first withdrawal.

Deposits & Withdrawals

For crypto, always double-check the wallet address before confirming. Withdrawals are subject to a maximum limit of €5,000 per transaction, but higher amounts can be split across multiple requests. The first withdrawal after registration triggers the KYC check, so have your documents ready.

Fix It Fast

• Login failure: Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again. If still stuck, use the “Forgot Password” option to reset via email.
• Deposit not credited: Check that you confirmed the transaction on your payment provider side. For crypto, wait for at least one blockchain confirmation (10–60 minutes). If nothing appears, contact support with the transaction ID.
• Withdrawal pending for over 24 hours: Ensure all KYC documents are submitted and approved. If approved, the delay may be due to the payment method (bank transfers take longer). Contact live chat to escalate.
• Game not loading: Refresh the page. If the issue persists, switch browsers (e.g., from Chrome to Firefox) or clear browser cache. For mobile, close and reopen the PWA.
• Bonus not applied: Verify you entered the correct bonus code (if required) at deposit. Check the bonus tab in your account; if missing, the minimum deposit amount might not have been met.
• Account locked after login attempts: Wait 15 minutes before trying again. If the lock remains, use the password reset function or contact support to unlock manually.

Good to Know

Mystake Bet offers a multi-tier VIP programme that rewards active players with exclusive perks. Points are earned by wagering on slots and casino games — typically 1 point per €10 wagered. As you accumulate points, you climb through levels (e.g., Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond). Each tier unlocks higher withdrawal limits, personal account managers, faster payout processing, and cashback offers. For example, Gold members may receive 10% weekly cashback on losses, while Diamond players get bespoke bonuses and luxury gifts. The programme is invitation-based for the top tiers, but you can request entry once your wagering volume reaches a certain threshold (check the loyalty section in your account for exact figures).
